Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience as business analyst
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong problem resolution, judgment, and decision making skills
• Demonstrated communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional Asian business languages a plus.
• Ability to effectively achieve results in highly ambiguous and changing environments
• Ability to work well in cross-functional team environments, build and maintain excellent relationships with cross-functional teams.
• A customer focused approach and passion for achieving world-class service
• Previous experience working with customer facing websites, preferably for an e-Commerce company
