Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business process automation.

• Analyse existing business processes and develop solutions for automation using industry best practices.
• Create process flow diagrams, business requirements documents, and other relevant documentation to support the automation development process.
• Work with business users to design and implement automated solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot automated solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.
• Monitor and work with IT teams and vendors to maintain automated solutions to ensure they continue to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of automated solutions.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and automation solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in business development, business process, or related field
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, HTML, .NET or SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with RPA is a plus.
