Job Description

The Investor Relations Officer will be a self-confident person who is fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai. The suitable candidate will be someone who can handle both financial and business questions comfortably in either language.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned investment projects, including preparing feasibility study, developing financial model and valuation report to support the managements decision-making for project investment, including Merger & Acquisition (M&A)
• Provide analytical support on various finance-related issues to support special project assigned by management
• Prepare the total companys portfolio short-term and long-term projections to support the companys strategic direction
• Coordinate with all related functions to develop annual budget in order to manage key areas of the financial planning & analysis function which include strategic plan, investment plan, financial plan and execution plan
• Prepare the management discussion and analysis (MD&A) quarterly
• Prepare presentation on quarterly performance for investor communities
• Deal with investors/brokers/analysts and shareholders
• Liaison with other departments to prepare the annual report
• IR website maintenance
• Adhoc assignments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, BBA or related field
• 3-5 years experiences in the relevant tasks such as an Investment Bankers, Investor Relations, Business Development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and team members
• Capacity to think strategically, logically and independently under stressful and demanding situations
• High responsibility and be able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations
• Bachelors degree in English or finance with MBA or related fields from recognized overseas institutions
• Good in Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent at spoken and written English, TOEIC score at least 800 with proven writing portfolio in English
• Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations
• Familiar with Bloomberg and Reuters terminal usage
• Possesses analytical and numerical skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Team player, innovative, customer-oriented
