 Job Description:

  • Job DescriptionThis position covers all aspects of the sales function from strategic planning, identifying key opportunities, and execution of Lift business in long term strategy. Along with our partner, He/She should help products raise its brand awareness by working with key influencers to win projects in order to capture market share. This person should have a clear understanding of the spec to sale process ideally having sold for a premium brand previously.

    - Spec to sale
    - Customer experience
    - Networking with influencers e.g. Architects, Designer, Home builder and Developer
    - Business development
    - Managing business partners
    - Brand building
    - Project management from spec to turnkey.
    - High level selling
  • Requirement- Bachelor or Master's degree in business, marketing, architect or Electrical/Civil Engineering
  • - Additional commercial postgraduate will be advantage.
    - Experience in Lift or Elevator industry will be an advantage.
    - Over 3 years' experience in selling high end building and construction material or related industry.
    - Experience in distribution & Channel management, marketing strategic planning, sales management and new products/ applications development exposure.
    - Have experience working with architects, interior designers, developers and contractors.
    - Business English level
