Project Engineering & Maintenance Manager
Job Summary:
- Manage and oversee projects related to construction and infrastructure improvements within the company, including the installation and optimization of machinery/equipment. The focus is on using resources efficiently while ensuring completion within the set timeline and meeting specified quality standards.
- Manage and oversee maintenance work in the factory to ensure that machinery and equipment effectively and continuously support production. Additionally, develop maintenance plans that align with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management role
- Maintenance Management: Oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that machinery and equipment operate continuously and at maximum efficiency.
- Team Management: Manage the team and develop employees skills to identify ways to improve the efficiency of maintenance processes and reduce risks associated with maintenance work.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for maintenance activities and monitor expenditures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Inventory Management of Equipment and Spare Parts: Manage the inventory of equipment and spare parts necessary for maintenance work to ensure that there are sufficient supplies available in case of emergencies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Present analytical reports on maintenance data, such as frequently occurring repairs, root causes of problems, and proposed solutions.
- Safety Management: Ensure that maintenance work is conducted safely to guarantee compliance with safety standards.
Project and Civil Engineering Management role
- Project Management: Oversee the overall execution of projects related to construction, improvement, and enhancement of infrastructure.
- Budget Management: Manage the overall budget of projects to ensure efficiency and monitor expenditures to prevent overspending.
- Risk Management: Manage potential risks that may arise in projects and oversee risk management plans.
- Progress Reporting: Present analytical reports on project data and issues that occur within projects to senior management.
- Team Management: Manage the team and develop employees skills to identify ways to improve processes in engineering and civil works to achieve project goals.
- Maintenance: Plan and manage the optimization of infrastructure and machinery/equipment in the factory to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or masters degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing maintenance work in industrial factories, with at least 5 years of experience in Senior Management level.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Managing Engineering Project in industrial factories or Consulting.
- Experience managing projects for upgrades, developments, or construction of facilities with budgets ranging from 50-100 million baht or more.
- Experience in controlling the installation of machinery/equipment such as Steam Boilers, Dryers, Coolers, Bucket Elevators, and conveyor belt systems, or related machinery will be considered advantageous.
- Management Skills: Proficient in project management, maintenance management, budget control, and effective risk management.
- Maintenance Planning Skills: Proficient in planning preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities, as well as ensuring the efficiency of machinery to support production.
- Knowledge in Maintenance: Has knowledge and understanding of the processes involved in maintaining machinery and equipment in industrial factories, including new technologies and trends in the industry.
- Knowledge in Industrial Engineering: Has knowledge and understanding of the processes involved in constructing, improving, and maintaining infrastructure and machinery in industrial factories.
- Communication Skills: Possesses effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coordinate well with various departments.
- Leadership: Demonstrates the ability to lead a team and provide guidance to the maintenance team while developing their skills and capabilities.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in problem analysis and identifying suitable solutions, with the ability to analyze data and propose improvement strategies.
- IT Knowledge: Proficient in using computer programs related to maintenance work, such as SAP, which will be considered an advantage.
- Time Management Skills: Possesses skills in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
