Our client is a global leader in flexible PCB manufacturing and assembly. They are looking for a Purchasing Supervisor (TH, Eng and Chinese language) to work in Chonburi.

Working hour: 5 days work, 2 days off

Required qualification:

• Proficient in Chinese, English and Thai language พูด-อ่าน-เขียนภาษาจีนแมนดารินอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี
• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand management

• Market Survey for key materials, especially for marketing development, capacity commitment, supply/ demand trend.
• Take part in NPI phasing in, take owner for FA build material preparation and kitting management.
• Collect all FA projects milestone and MP schedule turn over.
• Monitor project demand and material demand change weekly; coordinate liability materials and re-sell.

Source Development

• Pay attention on business strategy and marketing influence, collect information for key purchasing as data supporting.
• Take charge of vender annual audit.

Order to delivery

• Pay attention on business strategy and marketing influence, collect information and feedback internally.
• Share the material supply/ Demand, delivery rule, stock control, Logistics instruction, Invoice and payment rule to supplier to make sure they will provide excellent service.
• Handle PO issuance, supply commitment and special case according weekly MRP data, escalate any shortage and abnormal issue until closing.
• Coordinate supply relation shipment and quick close any quality, delivery issue, push supplier to make improvement step by step.
• Control DOS according to material ABC level, adjust shipment Qty and schedule according MRP demand in time.
