Our client is an importer and distributor of instrument. They are looking for a Sales Manager to develop relationships with existing dealers and find new dealers in Thailand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of sale experience, preferably drone control, precision measurement technology product, software control for farming etc.
• Able to travel for work in upcountry when required
• Communicative in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Hold a valid driving license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop dealer relationship and focus on agricultural product sales strategies.
• Find new opportunities with prospective Dealers.
• Develop a detailed Territory Plan for the assigned territory that includes market size and growth, market segmentation, market trends, geographic attractiveness, product requirements within the territory, opportunity and gap analysis, and competitive threats.
• Schedule, organizing and attend Dealer sales and support training in companys agricultural products.
• In conjunction with each Dealer, schedule and assist in Delivering education seminars and demonstrations of agricultural products to the Dealers customers.
• Generate sales of agricultural products range within the assigned territory.
• Measure sales performance of Dealers in relation to sales forecasts and budgets.
• Attend online monthly meetings with overseas Agricultural Manager.
