What You will Do:

  • Innovate & Strategize: Develop cutting-edge marketing strategies tailored for diverse regional markets, ensuring our brand stands out and resonates with our audience.
  • Campaign Mastery: Manage and execute compelling advertising and social media campaigns that drive engagement and elevate our brand.
  • Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, measure brand awareness, and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Content Creation: Craft captivating content and visuals for social media, websites, and various print and digital platforms to showcase our services.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and publishers to maximize our promotional efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, and provide insightful reports on effectiveness.
  • Collaborate & Budget: Work closely with the Director and stakeholders to develop budgets, track expenses, and ensure strategic alignment.

Who You Are:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in recruitment agencies, corporate services, or consulting.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in social media marketing, web analytics (e.g., WebTrends), and market research techniques.
  • Strategic Thinker: Deep understanding of strategic planning, marketing best practices, and data analysis.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Organized & Creative: Exceptional organizational skills, time-management, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
