Qualifications:

• At least 2 years working experience in a System Analyst position
• Experience in Application Development as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Developer. Specifically in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
• Gather requirements from customers/stakeholders in the project
• Analyze requirements and responsible for creating specification documents
• Develop a prototype based on requirements to be analyzed
• Translate requirements to the team and able to be the focal point of the project team in a business consulting matter
• Engage in functional test, SIT, and UAT to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Support go-live and post support activities

Skill Required:

• Good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, presentation are prerequisites
• Background of Agile principles and process
• Have experience in use-case analysis and documentation
• Knowledge of modern app tools (e.g. Java,Node.js/Angular/MongoDB/Docker/...)
• Knowledge of web services or RESTful API, Microservices
