Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the recruitment for the organisation , according to the business goals and team building plan, to ensure the timely recruitment of personnel;

2. Work closely with the person in charge of the Thai company to effectively explore training needs, personnel planning, internal incentives, etc., and evaluate and give feedback on performance and organizational capabilities, and provide professional advice and human resources value-added services

3. Responsible for building employee communication channels, grasping employee dynamics and personal needs, and assisting in employee care activities;

4. Responsible for the implementation and promotion of corporate culture in the Thai company, assist the business team in team building to improve team cohesion;

5. Responsible for the handling of relevant personnel procedures such as entry, regularization, change, and resignation of employees of the business team, and output of relevant data reports;

6. Maintain good communication with the HR department of the headquarters, proactively provide professional advice and support in a timely manner, and timely feedback and solve team development needs.

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management;

2. Familiar with and understand the work of human resources modules such as talent recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, employee relationship management, organizational development, etc., with at least practical experience in any two modules, and understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Thailand;

3. Have good expression skills and excellent communication skills, have passion for work, be honest, and have strong pressure resistance;

4. Chinese and Thai can be used as working languages
