Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Tapping into existing relationships with agencies and brands (Thailand and international) to generate sales (marketing and advertising campaigns).
  • Undertaking research of the prospective clients with no existing relationships to best approach them either directly or via agencies and help them grow their business through digital and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Prospecting, securing meetings and closing advertising campaign deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Growing and managing a pipeline of interested prospects with effective delegation to Account Executives for follow up and booking.
  • Leading the sales Team to develop strategic media plans and creative campaigns to the satisfaction of advertisers/clients.
  • Reporting quantifiable deliverables (sales bookings) and ensuring productivity of all team members ( KPIs based)


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • BA degree or higher with specialization in Digital Advertising, AdTech and Marketing
  • Knowledge of the local markets digital advertising sales process and space.
  • Strong relationships with management of Advertising Agencies and Marketing Leads of large brands, both local and international.
  • Successful record of accomplishment in advertising and media sales, preferably in the digital advertising sector preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the Media Sales and Advertising industry, involving advertising campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social media, AdTech and the creators economy (including media, platforms, operations, and analytics).
  • Excellent command of English

  • Knowledge and understanding of current trends in AdTech and social media landscape.

  • Ambitious, assertive, with a refined approach to Sales. Persistent and persuasive.
  • Preferably extrovert with a genuine eagerness to interact with others.
  • Self-Confident to create and develop new relationships with clients senior management and decision makers.
