- Lead to team ensure each customer received outstanding service by establishing a friendly environment through pleasant greetings and acknowledging furniture-related concerns
- Manage and put sales showroom team to achieve sales target
- Monitor and analyze sales data to maximize business and identify sales opportunities
- Analyze sales results monthly to share with Supervisors for performance evaluation and action plan
- Plan on new product launches, promotion, and showroom event
- Work closely with Top Management and relevant team for the further potential to achieve a sales plan
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business administration or relevant field
- Working in High-end Sale Management as well as working in a Customer First environment
- Strong in basic interior design , layout plan to work with customer
- Experience in dealing with luxury products or taking care of high-end customers
- Experience in preparing paperwork such as presentations, proposals, quotations and etc. Passion for home decoration and interior design
- Being passionate and energetic about the brand.
- Good command of English and Computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, maturity, and proactive and credible personality
- Have a strong sale skills , logical thinking and conclusion problem
