 Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

An operations manager strategizes, monitor and evaluate operation processes to ensure everyone in the operation team completes their daily duties according to the SOP, policies, service standard and cost-effective way

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards.

Ensure SOPs are up to date throughout all Departments.

  • Observe HODs performance to ensure adherence to company policies and established an efficient operations.
  • Deputies for the CEO in his absence and at various meetings & events.
  • Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings with HOD.
  • Carry out regular inspections of both FOH and BOH to ensure cleanliness, safety, security and functionality to facilitate repair or replacement.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Monitor and Analyze operation data to improve operation efficiencies and customer service level.
  • Managing operation budget and strategize to improve operation efficiencies.
  • Continue the role of managing the Procurement Team and its day-today operations.
  • All Other duties as assigned by CEO or Management.
