- Develop sales strategies and planning as well as accurately set the sales forecast in each key account aligned with the company's direction
- Effectively execute, implement, and follow-up regarding the business planning and optimize the company's resources to achieve the goals set- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in traditional trade and other relevant sectors- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and sales agents
- Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and market trends in traditional Trade, property development, and existing homeowners.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and expand within each segment.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team


Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in business management and MBA would be preferable
- At least 4 years of working experience in Sales especially Online channel
- Strong communication, negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Computer literacy, especially on MS-Office is a must
