Your Mission:

• Business Development: Ignite your career by driving sales revenue and expanding our business through strategic market research, networking, and cold calling. Cultivate and maintain powerful client and business relationships.
• Candidate Management: Lead the charge in interviews and selection processes, matching exceptional candidates with top-tier companies.
• Career Consulting: Provide insightful, professional advice to candidates on their career progression and development.
• Client Service Excellence: Deliver swift and professional services to both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment journey from sourcing and interviewing to shortlisting, ensuring perfect alignment with client requirements.
• Lead Generation: Source top talent through networking, social media, advertising, and referrals.
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates through exceptional service and consistent follow-ups.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: Degree or higher in any field.
• Experience: Proven track record as a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant is essential.
• Skills: Self-motivated, resourceful, and persistent with a strong sense of initiative.
• Attributes: Highly driven with a demonstrated history of successful client and candidate management.
• English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
