Head of Creater Commerce

 Job Description:

We are looking for a Head of Creator Commerce (Thai national only) to lead our Client's commerce platform, which includes a range of both digital and physical products. This role is crucial for the growth and expansion of our platform, encompassing products tied to proprietary intellectual properties and those developed by our network of content creators. The role will also focus on scaling our game credits marketplace and ensuring alignment with the broader platform strategy.

As the Head of Creator Commerce, you will drive both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and seamless integration with the overall business goals. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Growth & Profitability

  • Lead the financial performance and growth strategy of the commerce and digital products business unit.
  • Oversee profit and loss (P&L) management, setting financial targets, forecasting, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies for long-term profitability and sustainability.

2. Performance Management

  • Set clear KPIs and targets aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Manage initiatives like the Creator Commerce Marketplace, Streetwear Brand, Game Credit Distribution, and OEM Merchandise.
  • Analyze marketplace/platform data and performance marketing reports.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with leadership and C-suite teams to ensure strategies align with broader business goals.
  • Provide insights for improving website UX, conversion rates, and overall e-commerce performance.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing markets.
  • Budget management and proficiency in web analytics tools.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product designers.
  • Comfortable with new technologies, including Web3 (when necessary).
