 Job Description:

Field Service Technician
This is a permanent position, working with a very experienced team, providing ongoing technical and development training. Our client offers an attractive benefits package including tools, laptop, phone and contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a diverse range of technical tasks including installation, service, repair, overhaul, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Be dedicated to excellent customer service.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities by understanding customers needs and forward internally to other departments, e.g. sales team.
  • Prepare working reports for use within the company or for the customer e.g. service and audit reports.
  • Navigate varying work demands under pressure and tight schedules, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be flexible, with occasional weekend work, early starts, and late finishes to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Handles other tasks that may be assigned by Management as the need arises.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Mechatronics engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • At least 3 years' experience in service/maintenance industry.
  • Detailed knowledge in electrical fault-finding and understanding electrical and pneumatic drawings.
  • Experience working with packaging machinery and controls such as IPC, PC, and MC controls, Servo, and AC drives.
  • Experience in Robotic systems and Thermoforming would be a big advantage, however, comprehensive training will be provided
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. / TOEIC score at least 600 scores is a must.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • A clear thinker with the ability to fault find under pressure.
  • Self- driven, organized, structured, technically versed and proactive personality.
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand and internationally intensively.
