Working hours: Monday - Friday ( 9.00 - 18.00) 

Job Description 

• Communicating with clients, replying the clients all the questions by emails/instant messages or by phone calls
• Dealing with clients request, designing and consulting travel products to meet clients satisfaction
• Designing travel programs at the request the Sales Department
• Quoting based on the designed products
• Regularly updating the database of clients
• Undertaking other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements 

• 3 years experience in tourism industry as an inbound travel consultant, or tour sales executive
• University certificate and tourism qualification or equivalent
• Adequate knowledge about travel products and itineraries, hotels, destinations and travel experiences
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and co-operatively
• Proactive, cooperative spirit, good organizational skills and problem solving ability
• Enthusiastic, dynamic and eager to learn
• Proficient use Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Thai and able to speak English
