This role of Head of Collections with at least 7-10 years of relevant Collections experience as Head of

Collections or similar roles.

HEAD OF COLLECTIONS (Thailand)

Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations and enhance revenue to ensure the monthly collection targets are

met.

Responsible for ensuring to comply the regulations in each period.

Set collection strategies in order to reach the Company's monthly target and ensure continuous

improvement of the recovery rate.

Optimize operation cost and resources of the company based on performance and daily

productivity.

Forecast future collections and set budgets.

Make periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly) about performance and productivity, assess

the potential debt collection activities risks to CEO.

Delegate tasks, support and encourage the team to continuously develop themselves.

Requirements

At least 7-10 years of relevant Collections experience as Head of Collections/ Collections

Manager/ Collections Supervisor or similar roles, preferably within the Financial Industry, Asset

Management, or Collection Agency.

Have proven track record of managing a successful team of more than 100 members.

Good command of English and Thai.

Solid knowledge of industry regulations, operational guidelines, business functions and data

analytics.

Familiar with Collections reporting.

Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
