Position: HRD Manager

Details:

  1. Salary Budget: 70K -80K(Maximum) + Travelling allowance 3,000 THB/M
  2. Job Summary:

    • Responsible for managing and developing strategies for human resource development within the organization to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, ensuring they can work efficiently and achieve organizational goals.
    • Set policies and manage recruitment systems, analyze manpower needs, create strategic HR plans, and set HR goals.
  3. Role and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute human resource development, including employee skills and knowledge development, to increase job readiness.
    • Support recruitment and selection by defining appropriate qualifications and criteria for various positions.
    • Manage employee training and development by providing guidance and support to ensure employees acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
    • Align HR policies with the organization's vision and goals to ensure workforce readiness in the face of changes.
    • Manage HR resources and budgets to ensure efficient operations within set budget limits.
    • Support career development and long-term perspectives to enable employee growth and progression within the organization.
    • Plan and control HR projects to ensure they are appropriate and meet goals.
    • Prepare reports and analyze HR activities and outcomes, providing valuable information for decision-making and organizational planning.
  4. Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in HR management, HR development, or a related role, preferably in a large organization.
    • Skills:
      • Strong project planning and management skills.
      • Ability to manage plans and control budgets.
      • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
      • Understanding of HR principles, learning and development management, recruitment, and organizational HR management.
    • Team Management: Proven ability to lead teams and personnel to success.
