Responsibilities

  • This role is a 360-degree recruitment consulting role dealing with the full cycle of the recruitment sales process.
  • The incumbent will be required to actively identify and develop new and existing Client relationships in the area of Recruitment and other HR support services offered by People Profilers.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates from various databases and networks to match the criteria provided by the client, and sharing these new opportunities to the candidate.
  • Actively assessing the needs of Clients and Candidates and responding accordingly to cater for these needs.
  • Manage closely the process of preparing candidates for interviews, right through to the offer and onboarding stages.
  • Constant outreach to potential clients and candidates to build on create strong leads

Requirements

  • Possess a proven track record in sales, networking and client development abilities, preferably in the Recruitment industry
  • Have a passion to succeed and desire to build a successful career
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have a persistent mentality and able to overcome objections easily
  • Have a strong business acumen and a winning mentality
