Position Title: Building & Facilities Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Building & Facilities Manager to join our client company. This position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing the organizations buildings and facilities. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the building and its facilities, as well as ensuring that all safety and security regulations are met.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the upkeep of all buildings and facilities, including the interior and exterior of the building, grounds, and parking lots.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the building and its facilities are well-maintained.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor and ensure that all safety and security regulations are met.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to building and facilities management.
• Monitor the use of the building and its facilities and ensure that they are being used appropriately.
• Manage the budget for building and facilities management.
• Develop and implement plans for energy conservation and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in building and facilities management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
