Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Being accountable for delivering e-commerce and online sales targets and revenue growth.
- Performing ROI analysis and promotion plan optimization to drive profitability.
- Developing planning to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products such as promotion, price optimization, coupons and deals, on-site communication & visibility.
- Building and setting up monthly promotion plans and operation tasks for mega campaigns.
- Analyzing our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down.
- Listing products on the system and monitoring inventory to keep stock level healthy and improve product life cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above, have experience in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing or related majors.
- At least 3 years experience with a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape with a proven track record in driving sales growth in the electronic industry or home appliances.
- Full understanding of e-commerce platforms' structures and processes such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Priority for those with experience working at Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok.
- Fluent in English or Chinese. Being fluent in Chinese is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and hitting targets.
- Good in communication & negotiation.
