Job Description: Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance for the company's clients.
• Perform repairs and replace damaged equipment for the company's clients.
• Prepare preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma of Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years.
• Basic knowledge of Networks, Operating Systems, and PCs.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, UPS, LAN Cabling, and Fiber Optics.
• Ability and readiness to learn new tasks.
• Holding a certification in a Network or System is an advantage.
• Attention to detail in documentation and proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline in work.
• Service-minded, able to solve problems promptly, and work well under pressure.
• Possession of a valid driving license (car or motorcycle).
