Sales Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the sales team, set goals and objectives, and ensure team members are meeting their targets.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure all sales activities are within budget.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales management
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of sales techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Proficient in MS Office
