Sales Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, handle customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the sales team, set goals and objectives, and ensure team members are meeting their targets.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure all sales activities are within budget.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proficient in MS Office
