Job Descriptions:

• Management /Co-Ordinator
• Plan task and schedule by WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Check and control the task results of team.
• Handle some part of project management. Issue management for system bug, and etc.
• Make basic design, instruction to developer, testing, UAT support, and etc.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers to follow.
• Assess business needs and describe them into relevant solutions, also convert highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
• Coordinate projects for a smooth operation/ service/ customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with programmers and customers to build the system.

SW engineering

• Be involved in all area of software development life cycle.
• Get customers requirement and create user requirement specification.
• Design and create software specification & Documentation.
• Design and create test case for software.
• Handle software documentation thus system workflow, use case, ER-Diagram, data dictionary, basic and Program specification.
