  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing events.
  • Assist in the coordination, management, and execution of marketing activities to ensure timely completion and attainment of set goals.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the progress of multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution and prompt reporting of progress and issues.
  • Utilize marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to collect and analyze data, providing valuable insights.
  • Aid in the planning and executing activities to attract new customers, including event planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Offer creative and analytical input during event planning, problem-solving, and optimizing execution results.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, strong data analysis, and user behavior insight capabilities, and leverage data to enhance the effectiveness of activities.
  • Assist in creating clear and persuasive written materials, such as event reports and promotional content.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the operating rules of online platforms, understanding user habits and interaction scenarios, and providing valuable suggestions for event design.
  • Possess excellent communication and time management skills, effectively communicating and collaborating with team members and external partners.

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in online event operations, with a focus on event management.
  • The ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Possession of creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to effectively solve problems.
  • Preference with experience in the financial industry and an understanding of international consumer needs.
  • Strong self-motivation, skilled in data analysis, and understanding user behaviour.
  • Experience in attracting new customers, planning and executing events, and writing clear and logical documents and reports.
