  • Design and create visual content for financial product services, including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising materials, websites, and digital media.
  • Design, adjust, and optimize user interfaces and experiences for various financial products based on brand and market requirements.
  • Create graphic and digital content for financial products, ensuring alignment with brand image and effective communication of information.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand and address the design needs of financial products and services.
  • Take into account financial industry regulations and standards during the design process to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain the quality and innovation of design work, continuously optimizing and enhancing design effects and user experiences.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of design projects.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with external vendors, aiding in printing or output specifications adjustments.
  • Effectively organize and manage multiple design projects and their priorities, ensuring timely completion.
  • Stay abreast of design trends and technological developments, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to maintain competitiveness.


Job Requirement

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in visual design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant design experience within the financial industry or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • A comprehensive understanding of design principles and user experience for financial products, with the capability to create designs based on market demands.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking abilities, demonstrating aptitude in completing design tasks both independently and within a team.
  • A heightened awareness of industry trends and best practices, with a capacity to integrate the latest design trends into work.
