Store Development Manager

 Job Description:

  • Develop and build a strong store network for the business in Malaysia, by having deep understanding of the current real estate/ retail landscape in Malaysia.
  • Form strategic alliance with landlords as well as key property developers/ landowners/ retailers in Malaysia.
  • Negotiate with landlords for the ideals locations and other commercial terms, in accordance with UNIQLO SDV policies.
  • Analyze and advise legal risk in all the legal documents.
  • Manage and lead the schedule of projects and coordinate with related departments and partners.
  • Manage the existing stores and maintaining the relationship with landlords.
