About the job Country Manager
As the Country Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our business operations in KSA. You will develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the local market. Kuwaiti NATIONAL Compulsory
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement the country-specific business strategy in alignment with global corporate objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service functions.
Operational Management:
- Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government authorities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10 to 15 Years of Experience required. (3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within Oil and Gas and/or Energy Sector).
- Strong understanding of the local market, including business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
