Tasheel Operations Manager

Job Description:

We People Perfect Advisory is looking for a highly experienced resource to join our team as a Tasheel Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing operations within the government services sector, with a strong focus on Tasheel services. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead a team, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Tasheel center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of service agents, providing training, support, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE government regulations and Tasheel-specific guidelines.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all transactions are documented and compliant with legal requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the Tasheel or government services sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures related to Tasheel services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and office software.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
