Group Property Acquisitions & Development Manager - Hotels - Dubai

About the job and company

Well established regional hotel group with properties in the GCC are now seeking to acquire new assets to add to their portfolio. The role will be standalone reporting to the Director - Operations.

You'll be expected to identify and analyse potential projects that would align with the organisations growth plans within GCC and Africa. You will  build stakeholder relationships and drive the growth pipeline by thoroughly assessing the market. 

Travel will be involved.

Who we're looking for

You should have more than 6 years management experience working within property acquisition/ asset management  in the hospitality / real estate sectors in the GCC

You'll need to be highly organised, analytical with attention to detail, negotiation and problem solving skills are all essential for this role.

An Arabic speaker would be desirable however not essential.

An excellent networker who knows the policies / procedures / regulations to set up agreements and acquire new properties. You'll know who to be in contact with from financial institutions, consultants, investors and successfully cultivate these relationships

In this role you'll need to be able to influence effectively and manage projects with precision.

You should have a related degree BA - Admin Finance / Marketing
