They are a multi branded group capturing corporate & Leisure segments.
This role is responsible to the VP Operations and you'll have a team of 2 at Corporate office with a Guest Experience Manager at each property
In this role you will design and maintain the Guest loyalty programme / Mystery Audits / Designing and upgrading standards / programmes and rolling out initiatives that increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Who we're looking for
You'll already be working within a Guest experience / Quality / Guest Auditor role either at Cluster / Area level/ Corporate level in hotels or Cruise ships with experience of Forbes / Trip Advisor / Loyalty programmes and Guest audits.
You will have worked with project management platforms, CRM's, be standards driven with attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
With a 'critical' eye you know what 5 Star+ looks like and as such you'll be a creative thinker, influential and collaborative which will ensure you deliver five star results over all brands.

Basic salary 8500$ monthly
