Well established hotel group with properties around the GCC are now expanding to their next growth phase and acquiring new assets to add to their portfolio.
The DOF role will be responsible for a team 9
- Financial reporting and Analysis/ Management Accounts
- Payroll preparation & Management
- Auditing / Banking
- Investment preparation / Risk Compliance / Governance
- Budget preparation & management
- Reporting to board - financial status
- Cost analysis & management
The role will report to the Managing Director
Travel will be involved.
Who we're looking for
- 9 years Previous regional / corporate experience within hospitality groups in the UAE/GCC
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- Degree in Finance / Business
- Influential / Strategic thinker
- Highly Analytical and Organised
- Ability to compile & deliver complex financial info
- Previous experience working with GCC government compliance & financial institutions
- Previous experience working with owners and investors
- Auditing, banking and compliance experience
- Payroll / Tax
- Working knowledge of financial reporting systems and models IFRS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Arabic speaker - desirable
