Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving corporate engagement, building strong relationships with HMOs, referral doctors, and other stakeholders, and contributing to the companys growth through strategic marketing and collection recovery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and establish relationships with corporate organizations, HMOs, and referral doctors to drive healthcare business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to increase client base and enhance service delivery.
Ensure timely recovery of monthly collections from clients, including HMOs and corporate accounts.
Collaborate with the finance team to address outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver health talks and presentations for corporate clients and community engagements.
Represent the company at events, CMEs, and SME programs to promote healthcare services and build brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in the healthcare industry.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including HMOs, referral doctors, and corporate clients.
Provide regular updates and reports on account status, business opportunities, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, marketing, or a related role within the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including HMOs, referral systems, and corporate health programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and achieve targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
