Job Title: Live Sales Agent (Customer Service) Japan
Start Date: March 13, 2025
Location: Damansara Uptown, Imazium
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite
Language Proficiency:
Japanese: Native or JLPT N1 equivalent
English: Minimum B1 level (as 60-70% of interactions are in English, while 30-40% are in Japanese)
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least one year of experience in BPO customer service or sales
- Strong understanding of the technology industry
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Call Center Sales Agent, meeting sales targets and driving e-commerce revenue.
- Assist customers in purchasing products online by guiding them through the process or building a custom cart and sharing a purchase link.
- Handle cases where customers cannot complete online purchases by generating sales leads in the CRM for follow-up by the sales team.
- Address support and billing inquiries, directing customers to the appropriate service channels.
- Previous experience as a sales representative in a call center environment
- Direct experience selling SaaS, Cloud, or Platform-based solutions
- Familiarity with Cloud PBX products
- Salesforce CRM experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of solution-selling techniques
