Job Overview:
As the Team Lead in the HNI Sector, you will manage and expand the banks High Net Worth Individual (HNI) client portfolio. The team lead will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance in wealth management, investment planning, and asset growth tailored to the complex financial needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with the expertise and confidence to thrive in a client- centered, high-growth environment, providing top-tier financial solutions to Ultra HNI clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to attract new HNI clients and deepen existing relationships through proactive engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
Oversee client portfolios, ensuring effective structuring to optimize growth and mitigate risks while meeting client expectations.
Provide customized financial planning, investment, and advisory services to meet the unique goals of HNI clients.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve financial targets.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Maintain a strong network with influential individuals, including politicians, public officers, and celebrities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related role with direct exposure to HNI clients.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Masters degree or CFA preferred).
Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and risk assessment.
Expertise in deposit mobilization, risk asset creation, and HNI portfolio management.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
