Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin + Cantonese + English) E-Hailing Hong Kong
Work shift: 24 Hours Rotational (Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)
Working days: 6
Location: Johor Bahru (Onsite)
Shuttle service provided: Yes
Salary: 3,200 MYR Basic + 1,000 MYR Allowance
Qualifications:
- 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
Language Proficiency: Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese & English
Job Description:
-Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the companys products
-Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
-Proficient in computer typing skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Good computer literacy
