We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations/HR Officer with a strong background in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing HR processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of both operational and human resource functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Oversee and optimize daily operations within the healthcare setting to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.

Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and efficient scheduling.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Human Resources

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.

Draft and issue appointment letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.

Facilitate the performance appraisal process, including setting timelines, communicating expectations, and compiling results.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support.

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in operations and HR within the healthcare sector.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
