Job Title: Retail Showroom Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Salary: 200 - 250,000
Experience: Minimum of 5 years
Our client, a top player in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry, seeks to hire for the role of Sales Manager.
Key Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory sales role within a retail/showroom setting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support showroom sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Train and guide sales staff to improve customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and feedback to management.
- Ensure the showroom is organized, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Manage showroom inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent loss and theft
- Ensure accurate recording of sales and inventory updates
- Assist in managing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Conduct regular showroom inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
