Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the executives social media accounts, handling official correspondence, writing proposals, and overseeing administrative tasks. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the executives social media and professional accounts.
Handle emails, correspondence, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
Write and edit proposals, reports, and presentations for business engagements.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and projects.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide general administrative support to enhance executive productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft high-quality proposals and business documents.
Experience managing social media accounts and digital presence for executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
