Qualifications :
Must have 2 years of experience as a Training Manager in BPO industry
Preferably has insurance experience
Knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word
The job focuses on coaching and mentoring process trainers, Assistant Manager, Lead Assistant Managers, facilitating training classes as needed, administering Training Needs Analysis, and developing action plans to address knowledge gaps.
