Job Description:

End to end Project Management
a. Understands and applies knowledge of project management disciplines and processes as they relate to Teleperformance and the clients strategic objectives, functions, business unit and/or country objectives.
b. Utilizes and understands the tools necessary for project tracking, including but not limited to a documented project plan, risks, issues, actions, and decisions list.
c. Guides and leads other professionals with the ultimate goal of project success
d. Leads negotiations with team members (vendors, subcontractor, customer and internal members of TP from other functional and professional areas) to define team goals and approaches for attaining them. Negotiation-skills required.
e. Draw upon professional project management concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties.
f. Anticipates potential project related problems, able to mitigate project risks with team members.

  • Vendor Management
    a. Handles client-facing tasks for the project, in conjunction with the client services team.
    b. Influences people and organizations to include those of the clients and Teleperformance executives on topics related to the project. Is respected as a project management subject matter expert both inside and outside the company.
    c. Leads project management/business initiatives in new and complex areas. May directly influence people in the project.
  • Issues Management
    a. Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components with the assistance of the functional and technical group. Recognizes job related problems.
    b. Analyze problem causes using existing techniques or tools
    c. Leads the project team in developing and implementing solutions.
    d. Prepare and recommend solution alternatives
    e. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve

Required Skills/Qualifications:
CLSBB(required )
Need someone with Process excellence expertise, who has worked in BPO on projects / KPI improvement/ who can interpret data /good with excel skills who can manage large internal projects
College Graduate
Significant experience in Project Management, large-scale and multiple sites
experience in Australian telecoms Is a plus
Has working knowledge of MS Project
Proficient in MS Office, Open Office Application
Flexibility to work in shifting hours and work in different site.
Solving unique problems by applying past/best practices and principles and uses judgment to meet new conditions

Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Interpersonal/negotiations
Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
