Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MTD (Make-to-Deliver) Consultant with expertise in PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and IM (Inventory Management). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional background, particularly in SAP S4 HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (eWM). This role involves providing expert consultation on SAP solutions, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless implementation for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MTD processes, including PP, QM, WM, and IM modules.
- Provide strategic and technical expertise in SAP S4 HANA and eWM on-premise solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Enhance production execution processes, including tolling and subcontracting, to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee Quality Management processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement and manage Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols within the SAP framework.
- Support Quality Issue Management (QIM) and ensure integration with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Inventory Management (IM) modules.
- Utilize SAP FIORI and ServiceNow technologies to enhance user experience and workflow automation.
- Provide expert guidance on product lifecycle management and plant maintenance.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for end-users and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Technical & Process Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP MTD processes, including Production Execution, Quality Management, Warehouse & Inventory Management.
- 8 - 10 Years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, eWM (on-premise), FIORI, and ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Issue Management (QIM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Deep understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Plant Maintenance.
