Salary Package : (up to 200,000)-Offers a relocation package

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years in college, preferably a bachelors degree
Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in a BPO or similar environment)
Minimum 3 years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager
Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Effective communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
High Customer Service Orientation
High level of integrity and judgment
Strong Knowledge of quality evaluation and customer service metrics
Attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
Solid RCA skills, action planning and coaching skills
