Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of supervisors to ensure crop yield is maximised
- Managing a team of multi-national mushroom harvesters and operational staff.
- Collaborate with senior farm managers to plan, coordinate, and execute daily operations, ensuring the efficient and sustainable use of resources.
- Gain practical experience in crop cultivation and mechanized farming techniques.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of planting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities to maximize yields and quality.
- Learn to operate and maintain farm equipment, machinery, and irrigation systems.
- Assist in managing pest and disease control strategies using integrated pest management (IPM) principles.
- Monitor and manage farm budgets, expenses, and record-keeping under the guidance of senior managers.
- Contribute to the development and execution of environmental sustainability initiatives on the farm.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge of modern farming techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
