Position:
The Technical/Quality Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1.BRC Audits: Conduct and manage BRC audits to guarantee that the company adheres to the highest food safety and quality standards.
2.HACCP Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system to ensure food safety throughout the production process.
3.Legislation Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant legislation and industry standards, ensuring the company's practices align with all legal requirements.
4.Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to uphold product quality and consistency.
5.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality and technical issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role or a strong administration background.
- Strong interest and background in food production or related industries.
- Familiarity with BRC audits and HACCP principles.
- Good Standard of education.
