Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's HR team. 

The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes and assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives across all our sites in Monaghan, Cavan and Armagh.

This is a hands-on dynamic role, you will be working as part of the overall business team, working on sites and assisting with all elements of the business e.g. farm audits, site KPI meetings, on-site training, liasing with staff etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and documentation related to leaves, benefits, and training.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, as well as manage employee benefits administration.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
  • Training and Development: Support the organisation's training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, tracking employee progress, and managing training-related documentation.
  • Extensive Administration work . With business growing by 50% you will be expected to have a flexible approach and be instrumental in supporting the workforce, this will include applying and chasing permits for new workers, assisting with accommodation and all other administration duties.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant and up to date.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR administration or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Systems literate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude.
