1. Introduction

Welcome to Pegasus Professional Employer Firm LLC (“Pegasus”). By submitting applications to our platform, recruiters agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

• Recruiter: Any individual or agency submitting applications to Pegasus.
• Applicant: Any individual whose application is submitted to Pegasus by a recruiter.
• Platform: The online system used by Pegasus to receive and process applications.

3. Scope of Services

Recruiters will:

• Submit qualified and experienced applicants.
• Ensure all submitted information is accurate and truthful.
• Adhere to the submission guidelines provided by Pegasus.

4. Application Submission

Recruiters must ensure that:

• Applications are submitted via the designated platform.
• All required documentation is included.
• Applicants meet the specified job requirements.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees for successful placements will be outlined in a separate agreement between Pegasus and the recruiter.
• Payment terms and conditions will be specified in the individual agreements.

6. Candidate Replacement Policy

• If an applicant leaves the position within the guarantee period specified in the agreement, the recruiter will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

7. Confidentiality

• Recruiters must maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Pegasus.
• The personal data of applicants must be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Compliance with Laws

Recruiters must comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws while submitting applications and conducting recruitment activities.

9. User Responsibility

Recruiters are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information about applicants.
• Ensuring applicants consent to the submission of their data.
• Not engaging in any activity that could harm Pegasus or its platform.

10. Termination

Pegasus reserves the right to terminate the agreement with any recruiter who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in unethical practices.

11. Changes to Terms

Pegasus reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued platform use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
