We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in executing and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across performance marketing, SEO, content, and social media, with a clear understanding of how digital strategies contribute to lead generation and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

  • Manage SEO initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

  • Drive lead generation through performance marketing and conversion optimization

  • Create and manage content calendars for websites, blogs, emailers, and social media

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards

  • Manage social media channels and paid social campaigns to improve reach and engagement

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure timely execution

  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
